Silicone products are a kind of environmental protection products, the majority of people like them due to theirs superior performance, silicone is a kind of hot forming material, silicone raw material in a certain temperature curing the to form our products. there are silicone products as the following:
1.Molded silicone products
molded silicone products are usually add solid silicone raw materials in the high-temperature mold,and then through the vulcanizing machine to apply pressure to form a high temperature solid sulfur,the molded silicone hardness is usually 30-70 degrees.The shape of the mold would decide the shape of molded silicone products,and the molded silicone products are the most widely used one in the silicone products industry at present.They Mainly used in silicone industry accessories,such silicone gifts, silicone bracelet, silicone watch, key bag, mobile phone sets, silicone kitchenware, silicone pad, ice lattice, cake mold and etc.
2.Extrusion molding silicone products
Extrusion silicone products are usually extruded through the extrusion of silicone molding machine, the general shape of extruded silicone is long, tubular can be cut easily, but the shape of extruded silicone has limitations,It's widely use in the medical equipment, food machinery.
3.Liquid silicone products
Liquid silicone products are sprayed through silicone injection molding, this product is soft and its hardness can reach 10-40 degrees , because of its soft characteristics,so it's widely used in the simulation of human organs, medical silicone breast pad.
4.Special silicone products
Special silicone products is made of the chemical properties of silicone or add some auxiliary materials,which has the characteristic of high temperature resistance,food grade (in full compliance with the United States FDA, LFGB standard), medical grade, flame retardant, it also have the characteristic of luminous, negative ions, discoloration after adding auxiliary raw materials.
From above we can know there are several silicone products at present,furthermore,people advocate using environmentally protection silicone products, such as silicone car accessories,silicone water bottle play an important role around us,which it's really more convenient for people's life.
