At present, many silicone products are exported by many foreign countries, so we should pay attention to many issues about export of silicone products.
1.Quality control of raw materials is not strict.
Some factories do not pay enough attention to the raw materials used for kitchen utensils, and use low grade silicone raw materials for the production of food products without strict test, or in the production process using unacceptable color gum and additives for coloring, resulting in product hygiene unqualified.
2.Production process is not standardized.
In this case,due to the special requirements for the safety of silicone tableware, food silicone products require very strict production process, the product takes enough time to remove volatile substances after molding. Some factories do not achieve sufficient processing time in pursuit of efficiency.
Enterprises do not pass the conditions for the use of products. The EU and other countries require the product must test according to strict product testing.However, most of the factories only produce products according to customer samples,do not understand the use of the product and the use of conditions, in response to the third party testing is also more blind, and even with the foreseeable use of products is clearly inconsistent.
3.Secondary vulcanization for silicone products
The role of secondary vulcanization: The use of peroxide vulcanization of silicone, peroxide decomposition caused by polymer reaction, then the formation of low molecular weight compounds (such as benzene and benzoic acid) in rubber will affect the mechanical properties of rubber.Moreover, after the first stage of silicone rubber molding, the cross-linking density is not enough to make it further vulcanization reaction to increase the density of silicone,after secondary vulcanization, pull strength, resilience, hardness, swelling, density, heat stability than the first curing has a greater improvement.But if the secondary vulcanization is not carried out, the properties of the produced silicone are affected to some extent, and can not obtain the product with better performance.
In a word,in order to avoid unnecessary trouble in silicone products export,as silicone products manufacturer have to pay attention to these issue,in this way we can do better and greater.
