1.Liquid process

Liquid process more used in silicone products from 10 degrees to 20 degrees, for some complex pieces of silicone products, silicone products made by liquid process is difficult to split, because of material,so that the product flash is not smooth. 2.Solid-state process

Another is the solid-state process,now using this process can produce the silicone products that the lowest degree is 30 degrees, the highest degree is 80 degrees, even if can produce higher degree of products,leading to its poor rate is too high, the product is fragile, and will be difficult to since the split.Therefore,the most suitable degree using this process produced silicone products is between 30 degrees to 70 degrees.

    For silicone products of from 10 degrees to 20 degrees,whether liquid or solid-state production process has difficulty in some extent, so few silicone products manufacturer will produce this kind of products. In summary,the production process of silicone products is complex.
