1.Material
Silicone raw materials directly affect the quality of silicone products, so the appropriate product should choose the right material, or in the production process, it will lead to any problems like the product quality failure, production capacity is low etc.
2.Vulcanizing agent
The vulcanizing agent is a kind of auxiliary agent in the production of silicone products, for food grade products, must preclude the vulcanizing agent by using related technology, such as boiling, high temperature baking, while in production,if the proportion of curing agent collocation is not good,which will also affect the quality of products and production efficiency.
3.Machine pressure
In sulfide production, if the machine pressure is not strong enough , it will cause the product flash is too thick and not easy to disassemble, resulting in low productivity, increasing the poor rate. Thus affecting the quality of products.
4.Temperature
The curing temperature should be appropriate, no matter too high or too low will lead to difficult to remove the edge, and the temperature influence the quality of silicone products in bursting burst, cracking, unfamiliar, discoloration, leading to the products can't meet the corresponding requirements.
5.Time
It's important to control the vulcanization time as well,if vulcanization time is too long will cause the product becomes fragile,on the contrary,if vulcanization time too short will make vulcanization failing. So it must be well controlled.
